Milestone

Tomorrow another milestone on D's journey through pain.  Neurosurgeon  and new CT scan to measure his healing.  Finally short term disability  is actually in the works. Methinks some very incompetent folks in charge of payroll.

I have not seen FatBoy , aka Frisker Squirrel anymore.  Alas, I do believe he was in an accident.  I have seen another squirrel though and toss out peanuts for him.

Oh, my DR appointment too tomorrow.  I am not looking forward to it and have tried in vain to cancel it a few times.  It is a no go with D.  It will no doubt be a broken record visit... Sugar still way too high, weight gain..no loss..cholesterol levels will be elevated I am sure.  Lab results.. we will see.
 More pills. I detest pills.

Results of the day:

D's CT scan shows a small amount of healing.  Back in 6 weeks for another round of it.

My DR visit was not as bad as I anticipated.

Easter Door

End of March

D is still off work.  His pain continues.  Some DRS appointments coming next week and we hope to get a CT scan to know if hisback is healing at all.

Short term disability still is not resolved.  Bills that need paying will soon be overdue.

One thing (among many) during all this is that D and I are closer than we have been in many years.  I feel as giddy as a teenager st times.  We made jello together!  I don't think we have ever done that before.  We are also rewing our walk with the Lord.  In spite of all the pain and worry associated with this. I am HAPPY!

God is rich in mercy.

Unpaid leave..... What next?
